The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 498(A) and 34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to comply the order passed in the Maintenance case. He has paid some part of the directed amount and is ready to return the rest amount in a period of eight weeks.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering that the petitioner is ready to pay the rest amount as directed in the order passed in the Maintenance Case,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20557 of 2022(10) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No.136 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. 5.
However, bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted by the learned Court below after verifying that petitioner has deposited all the due amount in the account of the O.P. No.2 as per the order passed in the Maintenance Case bearing M.R. Case No.114/2020.
