1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chautham P. S. Case No. 308 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not arrested at the place of occurrence and his name was revealed by co-accused Ramratan Yadav and Guddu Kumar and the FIR was registered after the delay of one day despite the alleged recovery of firearms and the seizure list appears to have been prepared one day in advance prior to the registration of the FIR and only police personnel have been shown as witnesses to the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the statements made in the petition as well as above submissions, coupled with the petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Chautham P. S. Case No. 308 of 2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
