Petitioner seeks bail in Balthar P.S. Case No.101 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. He is stranger to the family of the deceased. There is no allegation of either torturing or committing cruelty against the petitioner. Petitioner was arrested by police in Balthar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018. The police recorded confession of petitioner in that case and thereafter implicated him in the instant case. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Balthar P.S.
