The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 280 of 2014 registered under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.5417 of 2017 (4) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
