Government Pleader (04) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2025 Heard Mr. Vikas Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Government Pleader (04) for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of State informs that in para-11 of the counter affidavit, which has been filed on behalf of the District Education Officer, Sheohar, it has been informed that the petitioner has been paid a sum of Rs.30,500/- for the period he worked for i.e. from 20.04.2010 till 31.12.2011, as a night guard, in Shri Navab Higher Secondary School, Sheohar.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, I find that

Patna High Court CWJC No.6707 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 the petitioner, if still aggrieved by the action of the respondent/s and has not been paid the required amount then he may file representation before the District Education Officer, Sheohar and the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Sheohar for redressal of his grievances.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
