The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application with the direction to the court below to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of the order.

It is second attempt made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail.

As per allegation, it is a case of murder of informant's married daughter by the accused persons due to non-

A report was called for from the Trial Court regarding the stage of the case. It has been reported that five defence witnesses have been examined so for. The case is expected to be disposed of within a period of three months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected in S.T. No. 53 of 2015, arising out of Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014.

The Trial Court is directed to ensure that the trial is concluded within the stipulated period of four months from the date of receipt/production of the order.
