The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2018 in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Barh)Rail P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018, Special Case No. 4894 of 2018 for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has not been made from his conscious possession and he is having no such criminal antecedent.
