2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, nine accused persons, named in the FIR including the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and trying to kidnapped the informant's son namely Aman Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He submits that petitioner is only the order giver and nothing

He further submits that there is specific allegation against one Madhav Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Monu Singh and Gopal Singh, who fired at the informant's son namely Aman Kumar, who has sustained fire arm injury. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2025.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

6. From perusal of the FIR and impugned order of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VIIth Lakhisarai dated 04.02.2025, it appears that petitioner is named in the FIR. From perusal of the records, it also appears that on the basis of written report of the informant Pappu Singh, FIR has been lodged under Sections 147, 448, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act against nine accused persons including the present petitioner namely Ram Nandan Singh @ Ramanand Singh. It also appears that the allegation against the petitioner is only the order giver and no other allegation against the petitioner, so consider all these aspects of the case, perusal of the impugned order and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
