====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard Sri Raj Kishore Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner, apprehending her arrest in Fesar P.S.Case No. 35 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that firstly, the petitioner is a lady and secondly, in the F.I.R., entire family members have been arrayed as accused including the petitioner and only there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58731 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 as well as fact that the petitioner is a lady, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Parvati Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st,Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) nawalkrs/- U T
