The petitioner is accused in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 registered under section 420 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-VII, Gaya. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of taking money from the informant on the pretext of providing job. Hence, this is not a fit case for bail.
