Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6469 of 2017 (5) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Samastipur in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
