Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner enticed away daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eye witness of the occurrence and the victim is more than 18 years old. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail submitting that there is specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20112 of 2022(5) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 allegation against the petitioner that he enticed away daughter of the informant who is traceless till date.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
