The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That, this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents revise the pension and gratuity and other benefits after making revision in the basic pay scale of the petitioner at Rs. 9000/- in place of Rs.8,475/- which the petitioner at the time of retirement was given and further for issuance of writ in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5304 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 mandamus directing the Respondent to make the payment of differences the area of salary on the basis of the revision in the basic pay scale of Rs. 9000/-."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition to which the learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
