The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Laukariya P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 47(A) & 47(E) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated and detained in custody on an allegation of recovery of five litres of raw countrymade liquor from the joint premises of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17th of May, 2016. Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period
