The petitioner is in custody in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019 arising out of Motihari Rail P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 8/21 (c) and 22 (c) of N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner disclosed by one Prabhu Sah from whose possession one Lorazepam tablets and 30 tablets of Ativan 2mg were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.1.2019.
