The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2018 in connection with Ex. 820 of 2018 arising out of Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 for the offence registered under Section (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation leveled against the petitioner is false and concocted and the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
