The petitioner seeks bail in Konch P.S. Case No. 168/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act and Section 17 of CLA Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2018. He has clean antecedent. From the seizure-list, it appears that firearm has been recovered from the hut of petitioner situated in the vegetable field of Akshay Yadav. It is further submitted that aforesaid hut does not belong to petitioner. In the seizure-list, it is mentioned that aforesaid hut is situated in the vegetable field of Akshay Yadav. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
