JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 27-07-2023 Heard the parties Pursuant to the last order dated 13.07.2023, a supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 to 5. The cheques of Rs. 2,17,993/- in favour of the petitioner has come in his account. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the same.

Patna High Court MJC No.1063 of 2019(4) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 He however has grievance that on what basis the said amount was paid is not clear and a chart should have also been made available to him In that view of the matter, the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University is required to entertain the petitioner on 31.07.2023 at 3:00 P.M. in his chamber and provide him the chart to show the amount that has been calculated. If, still aggrieved, the petitioner has remedy to challenge the same before the appropriate court. The MJC No. 1063 of 2019 is disposed of.
