The sole petitioner who is in custody since 27.5.2016 in Sursand P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 as evident from the order dated 10.6.2016 for an offence under Section 276, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27(b)(ii), 28, 28(A) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Section 22 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Act has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on an allegation of recovery of about 104 bottles of Corex Syrup containing 100 ml each petitioner has been detained in custody since long.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28989 of 2016 (5) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of custody let the petitioner Rajesh Kumar Mishra be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge- cumSpecial Judge, Sitamarhi / concerned court in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 .
