Dr. Ajeet Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the informant has six daughters. For marriage of his daughters he sold out his land and on the assurance of this petitioner that the money shall become double in seven years, he deposited rupees three lacs in Sahara India. The petitioner, thereafter, closing the branch fled away and still traceless. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter may be referred to Mediation Centre but he is not sure that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29604 of 2021(5) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 petitioner shall make payment of amount to the informant or not. The informant deposited his hard earned money for the marriage of his daughters, at the assurance of the petitioner that it would be double in seven years. The petitioner fled away after closing the branch and he is still traceless, as such, I do not think it to be a fit case for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. Let a report be called from Superintendent of Police, Samastipur that what steps have been taken to arrest the petitioner.

List after six weeks.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
