JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 It is contended that, while rejecting the bail application of the petitioner, this Court on 19th May, 2016 vide Cr. Misc. No.21602 of 2016 has observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge before the court below itself. The charges against the petitioner were framed on 20th June, 2016 and, thereafter, the petitioner moved for bail before the Additional Sessions Judge-1, Gopalganj vide Sessions Trial No.656 of 2016, but the prayer for bail was rejected on 22nd June, 2016 on the ground that the offence alleged is serious in nature. It is submitted that similarly circumstanced other coaccused persons, namely, Mankeshwar Yadav, Manoj Yadav, Munna Yadav and Bullet Yadav have already been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33008 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 11.1.2016. Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar and the observation made by this Court vide order dated 19.5.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.21602 of 2016, the petitioner, namely, Nageshwar Yadav @ Nageshwar Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-1, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Mahila P.S.
