2. State counsel accept notice for respondents.

3. Petitioner's counsel is hereby directed to serve copy of the petition to the State counsel, if it is not already served.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.9551 of 2021 dt.18-02-2022 2/3 following reliefs:- "1. That the present writ application has been preferred for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to convene Aam Sabha for appointment of Aanganwari Sevika and Aanganwari Sahiyaka at Koiribigha Bhuitoli Aanganwari Centre at Horma Panchayat as the seat is lying vacant since long and for issuance of other appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders for which the petitioners are entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

5. In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner has submitted representation on 21.08.2018 (Annexure-6) in respect of selection and appointment to the post of Anganwari Sevika and Sahayika.

6. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to fill up the vacant post of Anganwari Sevika and Sahayika, if it is warranted. If there are any hurdles in not undertaking selection and appointment to the post of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika in the concerned places through the competent authority in that event necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner assigning reasons as to why the process of selection and appointment to the post of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika has not been undertaken. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the

7. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
