JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no role of the petitioners in this case, as such, they are not liable for any payment.

Heard learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant also. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that in this case Chargesheet has already been submitted against the petitioners and since 18.9.2015 the petitioners are absconding.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4692 of 2017 (2) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that Chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners and they are absconders, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the same is rejected.

However, petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajpapakar P.S Case no. 61 of 2015 and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. With the aforesaid observation, the present application stands disposed of.
