Paragraph-7 thereof is extracted hereunder:

"7. That presently the work of Pillar and Beam by Hollow section is in progress for construction of G + 1 vending zone above the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9292 of 2021(23) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 plinth. After receiving the revised administrative approval, a supplementary agreement was made and work order was issued on 10.02.2024. The work will be completed within the stipulated period of 06 months i.e. 09.08.2024."

2. In view of the statement made in the 6th supplementary counter affidavit, especially at paragraph-7, the writ petition stands disposed of.
