2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 21.07.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2) & 140(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim was kidnapped and killed. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused.

4. The petitioner in his self inculpatory statement has confessed his guilt. He is the uncle of the deceased. During investigation, other materials i.e., CDR etc., have come in support of the allegation levelled against the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
