Petitioner seeks bail in Chandi P.S. Case No.49 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 341, 323, 504 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that instant case has been filed with regard to payment of wages. Petitioner is a carpenter.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner took rupees one lac eighty thousand from the informant on the pretext of providing her job, but neither job was provided nor money was returned.

From the written report itself, it appears that there is no mention of any date of making payment of aforesaid amount

Petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Chandi P.S.
