For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 12.05.2023 passed by the Collector -cumDistrict Magistrate, Banka in Appeal Case No. 119 of 2015-16 whereby and whereunder he has been pleased affirmed the order of the District Programme Officer, Banka and directed the Child Development Project Officer, Dhoraia to cancel the selection of the petitioner and appoint

(ii). For quashing the District Programme Officer, Banka vide Memo No. 337 dated 31.03.2015 whereby the petitioner has been removed from the post of Anganwadi Sevika on erroneous consideration of facts.

(iii). To direct the Respondent No. 5 to reinstate petitioner to the post of Anganwari Sevika in Anganvari Centre No.:- 217, Panchayat:- Bishanpur, Block:- Dhouraia, PS:- Banka, District:- Banka."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
