Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-b)a, 25(1-A), 26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is said to be caught with one loaded revolver containing six live cartridges, for which, he is in jail custody since 27-02-2016. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, except one Sheohar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014 which had been lodged for the offences punishable under Sections-494 & 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
