The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,341,337,354,379,448,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on 10.11.2014 at about 8.30 P.M., eleven accused persons entered into the house of the informant and made assault to the informant. Petitioner no. 1 snatched gold chain from the informant and co accused Bangali Singh and Lalan Singh resorted to firing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36622 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/3 when it is alleged that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 snatched seventy five thousand rupees from the husband of the informant. The accused persons also pelted stones. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly no injury was caused to any one and petitioners being co villagers have been roped in the present case due to petty dispute. The petitioners side lodged Maner P.S. Case No. 474 of 2014 on 11.11.2014 against the husband of the present informant side making accusation under sections 147,148,149,323,341,337,354,379,448,504 and 506 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation, there being a counter version registered on the same day and the petitioners having no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
