This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the First Information Report, I find that the case has been instituted because of dispute between the parties over sharing of the rent received by the petitioner from the government, against premises jointly owned by them and let out for Angan Bari Centre.

In view of the nature of accusation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.13403 of 2015 (4) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S.
