Petitioner, who has got no criminal antecedent and from prosecution report itself, it is evident that he was engaged as a labourer, was arrested at the spot while others managed to escape during course of conduction of raid at the distillery of Riga Sugar Factory from-where altogether 181.44 litres of foreign wine of different brands were seized.

Petitioner happens to be under custody since 26.05.2016.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Arun Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Excise Case No. 170/2016.
