Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 163 of 2018, arising out of Garbandanga P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with liquor in question. He is neither named in the F.I.R. nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.58291 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No. 163 of 2018, arising out of Garbandanga P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018.
