JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It were co-accused Nawab Thakur and Gopal Sahani, who were caught just after the alleged occurrence and some looted articles were recovered from their possession. Both the aforesaid apprehended co-accused disclosed the name of the petitioner and, after that, petitioner was remanded in this case. The aforesaid apprehended co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
