JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made over the land of the petitioner, which she has purchased from Smt. Lalpari Devi on 22.10.92, through a Registered Sale Deed, appertaining to Khata No.2.

Survey Plot No.3, Touzi No.257, situated at Mauza-Ramachak, P.S.- Phulwari, whereafter, mutation has been carried out in her favour and she

ii) For that the Revenue Authority is wrongly claiming that the land of the petitioner was acquired by the Municipal Corporation."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
