2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366A and 504 of I of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant namely Pratima Devi alleged that her 15 years old daughter, left home for Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya for correction in a registration form but did not return . It is further alleged that on 12.07.2023 , the informant received an abusive video call from one Ashish who threatened her/ and said no one could trace her daughter and then blacklisted her number.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22246 of 2025(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence . Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name was disclosed by victim Shweta Kumari in her statement recorded u / s 164 Cr. P C as one of the kidnapper. He further submitted that during course of trial in case of co-accused Saurabh Kumar in S. Tr. No. 92 / 2024 PW - 1 Mohan Thakur and PW 2 Pratima Devi who are father and mother of victim girl have stated that their daughter have not stated the name of kidnapper and they have no complaint against accused Saurabh Kumar. The victim girl disclosed her age as 19 years and she clearly stated that she did not identify the name of any kidnapper and in her 164 Cr. P C statement she has taken the name of accused persons only due to fear of police . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J M 1st Class Udakishunganj Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. case No. 128
