The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 290, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that one ninety two bottle of country made liquor of 200 ml. each recovered from Hira Kumar and Amrendra Kumar, who suggested that the owner of the said seized country made liquor is Mahendra Sao and they were taking the liquor to the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner and recovery has not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34833 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 been made from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
