Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners and co- accused Shankar Sah were allegedly caught with stolen articles but co- accused Shankar Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court whereas petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 15.4.2016. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni in Barauni Rail P.S.
