The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner allegedly caused injury with a dagger to the informant. The Doctor has found sharp cut wound at the left of the neck of the informant.

Submission is that land dispute is reason behind the false implication.

Considering the fact that petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Mirganj Police Station Case No. 290 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
