JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No.288 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 364/34 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

As per the allegation, the petitioner has kidnapped the victim and killed her. As per the informant, on the confessional statement of the petitioner the dead body of the victim was recovered. But during investigation, it has been found that the blood soaked garments including hair of the victim was handed over by the brother of the present informant.

No.32602 of 2016 (4) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Lalit Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Madhubani, in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No.288 of 2015.
