JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 19 of 2012 registered under Sections 406,379,420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that on 25.10.2011 the informant met with the petitioner and requested for welding work of his truck, but the petitioner denied to do the same as he was busy due to which the informant threatened him to ruined his life and lodged complaint case. Also it appears that the same has been lodged after one and half months of the incident.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2285 of 2017 (3) dt.07-03-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 19 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
