JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.3, Kundan Thakur @ Kundan Kumar, is hereby rejected.

However, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, petitioners no.1 and 4, namely, Gurudutt Thakur and Dilip Thakur @ Bipin Thakur, shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town PS Case No.644 of 2014, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC. So far as petitioner no.2, Bhulan Thakur is concerned, he has already been arrested. Therefore, his prayer has become infructuous.
