The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Marhoura (Gaura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent. Present case has been lodged in order to save skin from Marhoura P.S. Case No. 294 of 2016There is case and counter case. Both side sustained injuries.

No.3830 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhoura (Goura O.P.) P.S. Case no. 293 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
