The petitioner seeks bail in Kadwa (Balia Belon) P.S. Case No. 203/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

75 litres of foreign liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the dicky of Maruti Suzuki vehicle. Petitioner is said to be driver of aforesaid vehicle. It is mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58419 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 2nd- cum-Special Judge, Katihar in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belon) P.S. Case No. 203/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
