The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sathi P.S.Csae no.3 of 2018 dated 7.1.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 354, 307, 504of the Indian Penal Code in which Section 302 of the IPC was subsequently added.

Prosecution story is that the petitioner and other accused persons came variously arms and specific allegation is against one Shambhu Ram that he assaulted by Farsa to his father on head and repeated blow and there is allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted by the "BUT" Portion of Bhala on his father and his father later on succumbed to the injuries. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, West Champaan at Bettiah in connection with Sathi P.S.Case No.3 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
