2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 577 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. was registered against two persons for the murder of the deceased.

4. Subsequently during investigation, the petitioner and others have been named who were seen carrying the dead body.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25472 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 577 o 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
