2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per his information petitioner No.1 died. He has intimated to

Patna High Court CWJC No.12514 of 2015(4) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 the wife of the petitioner on the early occasion but no one appears to his Chambers. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 21.08.2023 liberty was granted to file substitution, but even after repeated efforts no one is coming forward. As such, appropriate order may be passed.

4. In this view of the matter, this case is hereby dismissed due to non-compliance of order dated 21.08.2023 with liberty that as and when occasions shall arise the heirs and legal representatives may open this legal issue. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./- U
