2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Mahila P.S.Case No. 70 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From reading of the FIR, it is a case of consensual sex.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2023, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23072 of 2024( 2 ) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Mahila P.S.Case No. 70 of 2023.
