Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kharik P.S. Case No. 41 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(A)/38(i) of the Excise Act.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is a handicapped person and the recovery of illicit liquor is from the orchard but the Police has recorded that the liquor was recovered from the house. It has also been submitted that the mother of the petitioner has been arrested and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
