Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded katta and one sim card are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 13.9.2015. So far as kidnapping is concerned, for the aforesaid occurrence, separate case has already been lodged. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada/ concerned court in Kashichak P.S. Case no. 75/2015.
