The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(A) and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of sexual harassment to the informant while she was cleaning her door. Submission of the petitioner is that the allegation is due to village politics. Both sides are neighbour and for some other trivial dispute, false allegation is there. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
